One practice.
Three clear paths.

Ketamine therapy, men's health, and Florida medical marijuana certification, under one physician-led practice in Tampa Bay. Book a visit, or tell us what you need and we will call you back.

(656) 269-4567Wesley Chapel and Tampa. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Three practices.
One way of working.

Different conditions, different clinics, the same standard. It is the reason these three practices sit under one name.

  1. A physician directs every plan.

A licensed Florida physician sets the protocols and is responsible for your care from the first visit to follow-up.

  2. We evaluate before we treat.

History, labs or an exam come first. If treatment is not right for you, we tell you that plainly.

  3. You see the cost in writing first.

All three practices are cash-pay. You get the price before you agree to anything, and no surprise bills.

  4. In person, or by telehealth.

Two clinics in Tampa Bay, and telehealth visits anywhere in Florida for the parts that can be done remotely.

Most people arrive in a bit of fog.
That is what the first conversation is for.

What brought you here?

Pick the closest answer and the fog lifts off the practice that fits. Nothing you tap here is stored or shared.

Clear Ketamine Therapy

Physician-supervised ketamine therapy, explained clearly and never oversold.

For adults whose depression, anxiety, PTSD or chronic pain has not responded well enough to standard care. Every course begins with a medical evaluation, and treatment always happens in the clinic with a clinician monitoring you.

  • It starts with a full medical evaluation. If ketamine therapy is not a good fit, you hear that plainly.
  • The ketamine used is compounded and is not FDA-approved. That is explained before any decision is made.
  • It is always administered in the Wesley Chapel clinic, with a clinician monitoring you. Never prescribed for home use.
  • Cash-pay. The full cost of a recommended course comes in writing before you commit.

Clear Men's Health

Know your numbers. Treat what's real.

Hormone, weight and sexual health care for men, built on lab testing first. If your labs say you don't need treatment, you hear that too.

  1. A clinician and patient reviewing paperwork together

    Step 1 of 4

    Consultation

A private, unhurried conversation about what has changed and what you want back. In person in Tampa or by telehealth.

  2. Blood sample tubes with orange caps on a blue surface

    Step 2 of 4

    Labs and evaluation

Targeted blood work and a clinical evaluation. The draw happens in person. Nothing is recommended before it is measured.

  3. A man working at a woodworking bench in his garage

    Step 3 of 4

    Your plan

Options in plain English, including risks, alternatives, and the choice to do nothing. Treatment only if it is right for you.

  4. A man sitting on his front porch steps, reading his phone

    Step 4 of 4

    Monitoring

Scheduled follow-ups and repeat labs keep treatment safe and adjusted to how you actually respond.

  5. Stop guessing. Start testing.

One consultation, real lab work, and a straight answer about where you stand. Cash-pay, with the cost of any plan in writing before you agree to it.

Clear Medical Marijuana

Florida physician certification, new patients and renewals, statewide.

An evaluation with a Florida-qualified physician, then help with the state registry. Certification is the physician's decision, and only the State of Florida issues the card.

What the physician does

  • Evaluates you. A first certification requires an in-person physical exam with a qualified physician.
  • Decides whether certification is appropriate. A listed condition never guarantees it.
  • Enters the certification in Florida's Medical Marijuana Use Registry.
  • Renewals may be done by telehealth when Florida's conditions are met, including a prior in-person exam by the same physician.

What the State of Florida does

  • Operates the registry and reviews your application.
  • Issues the registry identification card. Only the state can do this.
  • Sets and collects the ID-card fee, separate from the practice's evaluation fee.
  • Sets processing times. No practice can speed them up.

Evaluations only. Clear Medical Marijuana does not sell or dispense cannabis and does not give strain or dosing advice. Purchases happen only at state-licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers.
